Where we work
Meridian Press International Publishing is a United States company based in Chicago, Illinois, working with authors, translators and publishers internationally. Meetings are held by scheduled video call, WhatsApp or email; our Chicago desk is open to visitors by appointment only.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm US Central Time (Chicago). Enquiries answered within two business days.
Your material is confidential
Unpublished manuscripts are read only by colleagues who need to assess them, and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before you send anything.

Do you charge for reading my manuscript?
No. Assessment before any quotation is free.
Will you tell me if the book is not ready?
Yes, plainly and with reasons. It is more useful to you than a quotation.
Can I send the full manuscript straight away?
Please send a summary and a sample first. We will ask for the full file securely when it is useful.
Do you accept unagented submissions?
Yes. Most of the authors we work with approach us directly.
